Suzanne Renner

Although she has always been attracted to visual images, Suzanne says it wasn’t until she retired that she became seriously interested in photography. That was when she first recognised it as a means by which she could document and capture the wonderful and interesting things that she saw existing or happening in the world around her.

She has always enjoyed the sights and experiences that travel to new places present, and especially so when she has the luxury of being able to wander and consider at ease those things she finds interesting or surprising about what she is seeing. It is for this reason that the time, place and context in which she took her photographs are such important factors in how much she ultimately values them.

Suzanne has not settled upon any particular genre or style of photography, preferring instead to take photographs of subject matter and moments that present themselves almost serendipitously, and especially if they show movement or interactions.

So why not sit back and enjoy browsing through this small selection of Suzanne’s amazing images.
