If you have found yourself saying, 'Yes’ to any of these questions, you have almost certainly come to the right place. Want to know more? Keep reading…

Does the idea of rejecting the photographic norm appeal to you?

Do you want to explore your own artistic voice?

Would you like to discover what you can create when you don’t need approval or permission?

Would you like to let your creative spirit out of the cage?

Do you want to dare to be different?

Would you like to take this journey with like-minded people?

So, does everything - or at least some of the things - we’ve said so far resonate with you? Do you feel as though any of them apply to you?

Yes? Then you have almost certainly come to the right place!

Here’s something for you to think about. We are looking to set up a community for photographers who are prepared to make a commitment to themselves and to each other, a commitment to:

  • move away from the established norms of photography in a direction you choose with a genre you enjoy;

  • push your personal creative boundaries, to experiment and have fun;

  • develop and follow ideas;

  • share your ideas and creations with the rest of the group.

And how does this quote sit with you?

The 'one good image ethos' produces fragmented, stand-alone images with no coherence which essentially say nothing. Projects allow us to explore a subject in much greater depth and to push boundaries. They behave like voices in a choir.”
